1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

PullDL respects the intellectual property of creators, studios, and copyright holders. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), we will expeditiously respond to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where technically feasible, block or restrict specified URLs from being processed through our service.

2. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice with PullDL, please furnish our Designated Agent with written communication containing the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific URL(s) on the originating platform (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) that you request to be restricted or blocked.
• Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and official email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
